EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
- QUALITY ISSUES
It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always happy with your purchase.
If you receive an item with a quality issue, where possible we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. If this is not possible a refund will be done. Or if you prefer, we’ll just issue you with a voucher that you can use for your next purchase with us.

We reserve the right to require an inspection of the item before a replacement or refund is made.
2.CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
All our items are made to order so unfortunately at this moment we cannot accept exchanges and returns.
3. TIME LIMITS
You have up to 14 calendar days from purchase of your goodies to let us know should there be an issue. Due to the shipping delays caused by COVID-19 we are extending this time frame to 30 calendar days.
